In its 2025 real estate preview column, Boston Business Journal wrote, “Many real estate developers, landlords and brokers are pessimistic heading into 2025, unsure whether they’ll be able to find the money to break ground on their projects or the business to fill their buildings.”

The problem is that the real estate sector often has a trickle-down impact on other sectors.
So we expect to see more coverage that highlight the precarious nature of the sector.
